1. Do you accept insurance plans?
We accept all insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card for verification certain conditions and/or limitations from your insurance provider may make you pay and submit. In such a case, the client will have to pay and submit it to the insurance company. We can give sufficient details to help clients to get reimbursed from insurance.
2. Can I refill my prescription online?
Yes, you can refill your prescription online through our website. Just fill up the form and submit. Our team members will contact you if you have any questions or concerns while processing your prescriptions.
3. Do you offer vaccination services?
Yes, we offer a wide range of vaccination services. Our usual fee to the service is $15 for injection services offered. But For being our regular client at flowercity pharmacy, we reimburse for this service, too. Please contact us for more information.
4. Do you carry over-the-counter medications?
Yes, we carry a wide range of over-the-counter medications for various health needs. We also help our clients with custom ordering of any Over the counter, prescription medication and/or Home healthcare and orthopedic supplies. Custom order can take about 1 to 7 days to arrive. Please talk to our pharmacy team in store for more detail.
5. Do you offer medication delivery services?
Yes, we offer same-day and/or Next-Day medication delivery services for your convenience anywhere in the GTA.
6. Can I return my unused medication to the pharmacy for disposal only ?
Yes, we accept unused or expired medication for safe disposal purposes. Simply bring your medication to our pharmacy, and we will ensure that it is disposed of properly.
You can return any unused or expired medication, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, for safe disposal at our pharmacy.
For the safety of our team members and to protect patient privacy, we kindly request that you remove medication packaging and any personal information stickers yourself. Please place the medication in a sealed bag before bringing it to our pharmacy for disposal. There is no charge for returning medication for disposal at our pharmacy. We offer this service free of charge to help promote safe medication disposal. Thank you for your cooperation.
